This coating is blowing when exposed to fire and creates a thick foam on the surface. The foam is applied as an insulating layer and prevents heat transfer to the surface of the steel. In order to increase the fire resistance, prevent the collapse of the ceilings and steel columns and the destruction of the structure during the fire.

کاربرد محصول
This product is a solvent base and is used to protect steel structures against fire and is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments.
آماده سازی سطح
Rinse the surface with water to remove any dust. If the dandruff level is necessary, it must be cleared before using the brush before painting. The surface to be painted before painting should be clean and free of any contamination and grease and even old paint until a solid surface is obtained. For cement levels, use a waterjet method to clean the surface and make sure the surface is dry completely before leveling.
روش مصرف
Mix the paint with the appropriate amount of water and apply it to the surface. The amount of water-color mixing depends on the temperature of the environment, the surface area and the color of the device, but in normal coloring, the amount of water mixed with paint, in percentage by weight, with a brush 30% -20%, with a roller 25 % 15% and with pistol of 30% – 25% (it is recommended to use spray method)
It is recommended to apply a layer of acrylic based water based acrylic paint to increase the longevity and durability of acrylic paint as well as to create a high gloss or superficial surface with a prettier appearance. The use of these varnishes is defined by the degree of gloss.
The application of paint is recommended at an ambient temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, a surface temperature of 3 degrees above the dew point and a moisture content of less than 80 percent.
نکات ایمنی و شرایط
After work, wash hands, paint tools, or soaked material on the ground with warm water and soap. To prevent rust, rinse tools and equipment with a white solvent and dry immediately.
Keep the contents of the container in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and ventilated. Prevent frost from color. After use, close the lid of the container. The best time to take when storing properly is 30 months after the date of manufacture. Refer to medical equipment if swallowed or in contact with eyes (after washing with plenty of water).
